Returns
Each piece is made to order, crafted specifically for you. As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in exceptional circumstances. If your item arrives damaged or does not match the fulfillment details, we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Each piece is crafted with care using deadstock fabrics, meaning that slight variations in color and texture may occur due to limited availability. As we source materials, we will provide different fabric options where possible.
To maintain the quality and longevity of your garment, all products are dry-clean only. We recommend handling your pieces with care and storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
